Delete your FaxBase account

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. Signing in verifies that the request is yours.

What happens

  • If a fax is still being transmitted, deletion waits: you will be asked to try again once it has finished.
  • Your subscription is cancelled and your fax number is released immediately.
  • Your faxes, documents, contacts, notifications, and usage records are deleted.
  • Unused page credits are forfeited and cannot be refunded or restored.
  • To stop the sign-up bonus being claimed twice, a one-way fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself) is kept after deletion.
  • Payment and audit records are kept for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, identified only by an internal account number. See our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in, email contact@contorta.dev from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
